Default Flexiloan agreement, enforceable?

http://i492.photobucket.com/albums/r.../MaCahoot2.jpg

My mum received a letter today from Debt Management and Recovery Services Ltd, who are a part of Abbey National plc.

Am I right in thinking these are their in house debt collectorsautolinker.com autolinking image? Does anyone know different?

The letter is a default of payment notice which isn't sent under the consumer credit act. What are these about?

Also does anyone know of any problems with cahoot flexiloan agreements? This is my mums that is posted above?

Thanks in advance for any info anyone can give.

I am particularly concerned about the apr info, whether it is enough to make it enforceable? Can anyone help please?

DMRS are indeed the in-house collection wing of Abbey.

As for the agreement I'm no expert. The paragraph below the signatureautolinker.com autolinking image box, "blah blah blah only binding on us if it is returned within 60 days and we have completed our final checks" is what interests me. I don't understand how it can be deemed an agreement when you have effectively yet to be accepted. Its like the final part of an application.
