Have asked several months ago and several times for cca and original T+Cs - nothing received
Have made formal complaints - I get standard reply each time + the you can got to
fos
because we need to investigate more etc
They are now sending me letters and charging me 30 pounds saying I have not paid any money into my Cahoot account - yet I have and yes via
direct debit!
They have even said I should only pay by direct debit because it says so on their website... still no original terms ....!
Have complained and even to this simple complaint I get standard complaint letter and no attempt at all to undertake what we used to call 'banking'!

Subject access request'd them and only got a statement! At least that will help me make claim for penalty charges....
They are truly terrible at all they seem to do!
This weekend I am starting (another)
fos complaint against them and an Information Commissioner`s Office complaint (not figured out what for yet!!)
Cahoot - how useless are they?
