Default Won against Barclays HOWEVER They STILL haven't paid up ! WHAT DO I DO PLEASE??

Very happily I won £550 against Barclays on 16th August......

The court demanded that they pay me by the latest 13th September -

STILL no word!

What is my next step.... is it bailiffs and if so how? Or is it a reminding phonecall?

Thanking you!

Hi Sarah,

I saw a post the other day which may help so I'll come back with details.

In the meantime, why not email Dino at the Lit'n Team and tell him you're about to send in bailiffs with the press if you don't get an immediate response with payment info.

If you need, try try this for him - dino.papaevripides@barcla ys.com

I am of the opinion that you should actually apply for a warrant of execution. They have had enough time to pay you the cash.
