Default Joe1965 v Barclays **WON**

I had a lovely suprise when the postman came today.
ALL MY MONEY FROM BARCLAYS
The bailiffs had gone in and executed a warrant for payment!!
Full details about my claim:http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-barclays.html
I was worried it would be put on hold until their test caseautolinker.com autolinking image had been concluded but my county courtautolinker.com autolinking image told me they were continuing any cases started before that date and the judges were going to decide on ones after that date as if you can claim that you are suffering hardshipautolinker.com autolinking image and the money could help you then they will allow them to continue.

Thanks Slick.
I had no idea that I would be successful or I would have had them there.
As I wrote in my first post, I expected it to be put on hold.
