Hi stormatron - my son had a settlement letter last Friday and faxed back to them same day - court date was yesterday 3rd - Barclays said it should be in his account by Mon 2nd last thing or the 3rd am - it wasn't - I am still waiting to hear from son to see if it has been deposited today - I faxed the court with info yesterday to ask for adjournment as I had electronic correspondence plus settlement letter proving their acceptance - so watch this space!
