Default Request To Barclaycad For Cca

I have two credit card agreement with Barclaycard and recently requested a CCA and got replies with the terms and conditionsautolinker.com autolinking image. The letters also contained the following:
‘Under Section 78 we must supply you with a copy of your executed agreement and a statement of account which is practicable to refer. Please find enclosed a copy of your latest executed agreement. This is a statement of the terms of your agreement with us and incorporates any variations to the terms made since you entered into this agreement.’
I have attached the information I was sent. I don’t think it meets CCA 1974, but I would really appreciate input from anyone with some knowledge of this.

Hi Odezi,

Thread moved into BC forum.

There's no need to post the letter - it's a common one from BC at the moment.

If you want to see if they have a valid credit agreement, read up on the CPR strategy in Link No2 in my signatureautolinker.com autolinking image below.

You'll see the majority of threads in the BC forum are about the same problem - read as many as you can and you'll learn loads.

BC will not send you a credit agreement in response to a CCA request.
