Default barclaycard cca, what happens now

Hi there,just a short post,
could someone tell me what to do next and what might happen next????
I have cca'd bc, they sent t's and c's, put the account in to dispute, they say they have responded and so i have stopped paying them,
so what can i do if anything or what should i do

Hi Axxsabian,

They'll say the a/c is NOT in dispute because they've complied with their obligations under the CCA 1974.

Accordingly, they'll pursue any overdue pay'ts on the a/c, so expect a barrage of phone callsautolinker.com autolinking image from them.

You could either:-

1. Try a complaint to the fosautolinker.com autolinking image re their failure to supply a proper copy of the credit agreement in response to your CCA request.

OR

2. Start the CPR strategy. Read about this in Link No2 in my signatureautolinker.com autolinking image below.
