I pay be DD but they aren't taking enough?

Hi All

Not sure if anyone can help with this one - but I've just had my Barclaycard statement today and checked it for the first time in ages. Looks like they are charging me loads of overlimit charges even though they take payment by DD and can't take whatever they need to from the account....

Anybody else had this, and if so how did you resolve it?

If the DD amounts are not correct then you need to either a) Ring barclaycard and advise them the minimum payments are not clearing the overlimit amount+normal payment or b) Make a one off payment to get back underlimit

Then you need to total up all the charges they have given you and start a reclaim for these amounts

Hi Popye,

Don't be put off by anything BC say about partial rep't of their charges.

They are unlawful penalty and you can reclaim them in full. Use this template letter to reclaim your charges and enclose your SOC with it - http://www.consumerforums.com/resour...s/121-bookworm
