They will keep on charging and charging and when you can't play any more than they will threaten to default you -- and maybe they will even though the
account is in dispute
and they are not allowed to take this kind of action because of the
Banking Code
and information Commissioner's guidelines as to the entering of defaults.
Nevertheless you should still go ahead and make your claim and start the action in court. This way you get in the queue and also that least the money that they owe you is earning 8% -- and that is pretty good by today's standards.
