If you click "Post Reply" at the bottom of the page, rather than using the Quick Post option, you should see the options to manage attachments to your posts.

Adding to the above, if you use the "mountain" icon this will enable your image to be shown on your thread rather than as an attachment.

Actually I see what you mean now!! No, I can't see a file attachment icon either!!

My method applied if you had scanned the documents and uploaded them to photobucket (as images). You can then insert the url with the mountain icon.

Not sure what to say now other than HELPPPPPP!!!

Don't worry about it, I've seen this before and one of the team fixed it.

It seems to work for me, so can't be the thread, so it must be something to do with your logins/accounts? I don't know...

Anyway, I'll see if I can get someone to fix it for you.

Looks enforceable to me.

This bit is interesting; (page 2)

"This offer is valid for 28 days from the date of the Alliance & Leicester signatureautolinker.com autolinking image"

Has this sent to you, pre-signed, for you to sign and return then? If so, this could be unenforceable under s.59 CCA 1974.

Also, where's your signature?

Well, they don't have to provide you with a copy of the signed agreement, (regs allow them to escape that for a CCA reply) but they would need it if they were to seek enforcement.

Hello Bones & car2403

I came across this post post, and was wondering if there were any development regarding your A&L situation as I have a similar agreement with them, if you want to look at my post heres the link.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ml#post2061415

My agreement was signed and dated prior to me signing it and sending it back to A&L.

car2403, I was wondering if your paragraph below relates in any way to my own agreement.

Thanks a Lot

SM
