I have had a financial
hardship
payment from AL of £565 which they put into my account They say it is a refund of all fees since change of circumstances but they have not said from what date or given a breakdown of how they have reached this figure. Whilst it is some sort of result, I could do with some help on what to do next. Is there a template letter that I can send saying I will still be carrying on with my claim through the courts? My change in circumstances came about after my claim was stayed, so I assume that the fh payment is seperate to this as there have been more fees incurred to my account since the stay. Any help would be appreciated as I would hate AL to forget who I was

has anyone else had the same letter I received today from Ashurst LLP. It was a notice of change of solicitor forwarded to the court for filing on behalf of Alliance and Leicester. Is this just specific to my local court, me or everyone claiming?
